After we have discussed your thoughts, dreams, ideas for your project, we will set up an in-home consultation. This home tour allows me to see how you and your family live, the space or spaces, and to build a budget, customized recommendations, and a timeline.
After the in-home consultation, I will draft a proposal, which includes a recommended budget, scope of work, and a sketch of ideas. When you are ready to move forward, then we…

Now that you are ready to get started, we will work more closely together to finalize your dream home plans. Based on our conversations, I’ll send over renderings along with creative design concepts. Once renderings are approved, we move forward with starting your project!
